I am very pleased to reveal the maps created by Paul Weimer for my epic fantasy novel THE HIDDEN FACE (publishing November 25).
The map below is the general map of the novel’s world:
I asked flood projection scientist and fan Paul Walsh to run a simulation based on a water level 100 metres lower than today, to see what the land masses would be like if much more land were visible. The results are particularly interesting in the northern areas such as Faustia, where THE HIDDEN FACE is set. Paul Weimer then worked on that projection to produce the maps used in the novel.
This is the first published novel that either Paul has ever worked on; I am happy to have been able to give them the opportunity!
