S.C. Flynn

Hi! I am poet S. C. Flynn. I was born in Australia of Irish origin and now live in Ireland.

My forthcoming collections are: The Colour of Extinction (Renard Press, October 2024) and An Ocean Called Hope (Downingfield Press, May 2025).

I was longlisted for the Erbacce Poetry Prize in 2023 (out of more than 10,000 entries). I have given lots of readings in various countries.

I love nature and am a lifetime jazz musician and singer. I am also a genre fiction novelist with two books published so far my epic fantasy novel The Hidden Face and my Australian post-apocalyptic fantasy novel, Children of the Different.
