This print version is a thing of beauty. Artist and designer team John di Giovanni and Shawn T. King are justifiably becoming very well-regarded for their fantasy novel covers. What they have done for The Hidden Face really jumps out at you in print form – the striking cover image, the spine, even the subtle back cover art with the horse skeleton lurking in the shadows of the tomb.
Super-fan and map enthusiast Paul Weimer designed the maps and well-known editor Tim Marquitz did the formatting.
I hope you will check it out – I will keep the paperback at this lowest possible price for a few more days.
